Frequently Asked Questions

You can create a free Study Nook account by visiting our website and clicking "Register". You can sign up with your email address, or use your Google or Apple account for quick sign-in.

Click "Login" then "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use those options to sign in instead.

You can delete your account from your Account Settings page. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you need help, submit a support request above.

If you subscribed through the iOS app:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find Study Nook and tap to manage or cancel

If you subscribed through the Android app:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions"
  4. Find Study Nook and tap to manage or cancel

If you subscribed through the website:

  1. Log in to your Study Nook account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Click "Manage Subscription" to view or cancel

For iOS App Store purchases: Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

For Google Play purchases: Refunds are handled by Google. Visit the Google Play refund page for assistance.

For website purchases: Submit a support request above and we'll help you.

Make sure you're signed in with the same account on both platforms. If you created separate accounts, submit a support request above and we can help merge them.

If you subscribed through the iOS or Android app, your subscription is linked to your Study Nook account and should work across all platforms when you're signed in.

Simply sign in to Study Nook with your existing account. Your subscription is tied to your Study Nook account, not your device.

If you originally subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, make sure you're also signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account on your new device.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Close and reopen the app
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Update to the latest version of the app
  4. Restart your device
